This is the first time I use Blogger.Actually I signed up few months ago,but I don't know how to use it..lol...
Now I have leant about "How to upload a file on Blogger".The way I use as below..

1)Sign up for Blogger account first or use your existing account.
2)Go to http://www.4shared.com/ and sign up a free account.
3)Upload any file thatyou want to post(but there is size limit per upload file-100MB)
4)Copy the link.
5)Hyperlink any word or phares to the address that copied.
6)Done.
